    Door of a household oven BACKGROUND
    The present invention refers to a door of a household oven, in particular a door of a household microwave oven, said door essentially comprising an external glass, a microwave trap and a door cover.
    In order to connect an external glass with a microwave trap several different approaches have been utilized, all of them are based on screwing by means of a variety of pins, catch-bolts and the like of a microwave trap to the base, to which an external glass is laminated. Even the installation of the plastic door cover and the locking thereof is obtained by means of fastening by catch-bolts, screwing or a combination of both. There are also solutions, in which the plastic door cover is non-removable attached to door, for example glued, in a manner that it is practically impossible to disassemble the door. The common drawback of all known solutions lies in the fact that it is impossible to remove the plastic door cover, in the event of servicing the door, without permanent disintegration of one or more components.
    It is the object of the present invention to create a door of a household oven, in particular a door of a household microwave oven, which remedies drawbacks of the known solutions.
    SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
    The object as set above is solved by characteristics disclosed in a characterizing clause of claim 1. Detail of the invention is disclosed in subclaims.
    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
    The invention is further described in detail by way of non-limiting preferred embodiment, and with a reference to the accompanying drawing, where

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION A door of a household oven according to the invention, in particular a door of a household microwave oven, comprises an external glass 1, a microwave trap 2 and a door cover 3. A handle 4 to manipulate the door is arranged at the external side of said glass 1 i.e. at the side averted from the oven, whereas along at least two opposite edges of the glass 1 a plurality of first holding means 5, 6 intended to receive and hold the microwave trap 2 is arranged at the internal side of said glass 1 i.e. at the side facing the oven. In the present embodiment, a plurality of lugs 5 is arranged along the first edge preferably in the corner area of the lower edge of the glass 1, and a plurality of fork-like pins 6 is arranged along the second edge preferably in the corner area of the upper edge of the glass 1. With the preferred embodiment, each pin 6 is formed at its side facing the glass 1 with a cylindrical projection 6', and the glass 1 is formed in each said corner area with a through hole in which said cylindrical projection 6' is seated. Each pin 6 is connected by means of a locking means such as a screw through said projection 6' with said handle 4, thus, locking the latter with respect to the glass 1.
    Said microwave trap 2 comprises a base frame 7 which is in a manner know per se formed over the entire circumference thereof with grooves 8 in a manner that it prevents during the operation of the microwave oven the leakage of microwaves. A plurality of protrusions 9 is arranged on periphery of said frame 7 each of said protrusions being provided for a snap-in cooperation with a corresponding tooth-like projection 10 of the door 3. In order to connect said glass 1 and said microwave trap 2, a plurality of second holding means 11, 12 intended for cooperation with said first holding means 5, 6 is arranged on said frame 7 at the side facing the glass 1 and opposite to said first holding means 5, 6. In the present invention, a plurality of projections 11 is arranged along the first edge of the frame 7 and opposite to the lugs 5 preferably in the corner area of the lower edge of the frame 7, and a plurality of lugs 12 is arranged along the second edge of the frame 7 and opposite to the lugs 6 preferably in the corner area of the upper edge of the frame 7. The assembly of the external glass 1 and the microwave trap 2 is covered in a manner known per se with a cover 3, wherein each protrusion 9 of the frame 7 cooperates in a snap-in manner with each corresponding projection 10 of the door cover 3.
    Each lug 5 and each opposite cooperating projection 11 are formed in the area of the cooperation with a through hole 13, 14 to accommodate a blocking means 15. It is provided for in the present embodiment for at least one of said through holes 13, 14 to be elongated in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the door according to the invention. With the present embodiment is further provided that at least one of said through holes 13, 14 preferably each hole 13 in each lug 5 is formed with an internal thread. Yet further is provided at the present embodiment that said blocking means 15 is selected as a screw mating said internal thread of each hole 13 in each lug 5 and binding in a disassembling manner each lug 5 and the corresponding projection 11 lying opposite thereto and cooperating therewith.
    Each lug 5 is arranged on the external glass 1 so as to its free end is located approximately perpendicular to the glass 1. The free end of each projection 11 intended to cooperate with the free end of the lug 5 is placed on the frame in a manner that the free end thereof is located approximately perpendicular to the glass 1, wherein, when the door is assembled, it is aligned with the free of the lug 5 and, respectively, the holes 13, 14 for the accommodation of the blocking means 15 are aligned. Each fork-like pin 6 is arranged on the glass 1 in a manner that a gap 6 ' ' between the legs of the pin 6 extend approximately in parallel with the door glass 1, wherein the entrance into the gap 6 ' ' is averted from the upper edge of the glass 1. The free end of each lug 12 intended to cooperate with the fork-like pin 6 extends approximately in parallel with and spaced from the door glass 1 in the direction towards said upper edge of the glass 1.
    The door of the household oven according to the invention, in particular a door of a household microwave oven is assembled in a manner that the frame 7 is placed on the external glass 1, where at first the free end of each lug 12 is inserted into the corresponding gap 6 ' ' between the legs of the pin 6 . In order to make said insertion easier the frame 7 is placed approximately under acute angle with respect to the glass 1. When the free end of each lug 12 is accommodated within the gap 6'' between the legs of the pin 6, the frame 7 is lowered so that it rests in essence in the plane of the glass 1, wherein the free ends of each lug 5 are in register with the corresponding projections 11 and, respectively, the through holes 13, 14 for accommodation of the blocking means 15 are aligned. Afterwards, the frame 7 is fixed by means of said screw 15 to the glass 1. Said elongated form of at least one through hole 13, 14 enables adaptation and, respectively, alignment of the frame 7 with the respect to the glass 1 and vice versa .
    The new structure of the door enables the external glass 1 to be moveable by releasing the screws 15 either in the horizontal and/or vertical plane with respect to the frame 7, thus, enabling a precise alignment of the front section of the door. If the glass 1 is to be removed off the door, the screws 15 are released with the entirely assembled microwave oven and the glass 1 is pulled upwards, thus, releasing both the connection lug 5-projection 11 and the connection pin 6-lug 12. Since the door, in spite of the action described, remains on the apparatus the latter is still functional with no danger, whatsoever, of the microwave leakage.

    A door of a domestic oven, in particular a door of a domestic microwave oven, wherein the door comprises an outer glass (1), a microwave seal (2) and a door cover (3), characterized in that a a plurality of first retaining means (5, 6) is arranged on the outer glass (1) to connect the outer glass (1) and the microwave seal (2), and a plurality of second retaining means (11, 12) is arranged on a frame (7) of the microwave closure (2) on the side facing the glass (1) and opposite the first retaining means (5, 6), where at the second retaining means (11, 12) is intended to merge work with the first retaining means (5, 6).

    A household oven door according to claim 1, characterized in that the first retaining means (5, 6) comprises a cam (5) and a fork-like pin (6), a plurality of the cams (5) is arranged along the first edge of the glass (1) and a plurality of fork-like pins (6) are arranged along the second edge of the glass (1).

    Door of a household oven according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the second retaining means (11, 12) comprises a protrusion (11) and a protrusion (12), wherein there is a plurality of protrusions (11) arranged along the first edge of the frame (7) and opposite the cams (5), and a plurality of cams (12) is arranged along the second edge of the frame (7) and opposite the fork-like pins (6) .

    A household oven door according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that each pin (6) on the side facing the glass (1) is formed with a cylindrical protrusion (6 ') and the glass (1) is preferably formed in each corner region with a corresponding continuous hole in which the cylindrical protrusion (6 ') abuts.

    The door of a household oven according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that each cam (5) and each protrusion (11) opposite the cam and engaging with it is formed in the region of engaging with a through hole (13-14) for receiving a blocking means (15).

    A household oven door according to claim 5, characterized in that at least one of the through holes (13, 14) resembles an elongated shape in the direction of the longitudinal circumference of the door.

    A household oven door according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that at least one of the through holes (13, 14), preferably each hole (13) in each lug (5), is formed with an internal thread .

    Door of a household oven according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the blocking (15) is selected as a bolt that fits into the inner screw thread of each hole (13) in each lug (5) and on a releasably connects each cam (5) and each protrusion (11), being positioned opposite and engaging the cam (11).
